  Absolutely terrible letting agent I am currently pregnant and have an almost 2 year old little girl, my husband also suffers with asthma we are currently living in a property that has untreated water damage in almost every room, we have spoken with this company on several occasions regarding this and other repairs that need done and still nothing in fact they have known about it for 3 months! The manager or owner of this company is both rude and manipulative she came to inspect my home when I was Ill with the flu after me asking her not to show. She then proceeded to tell me how my decor was disgusting and my flat was vile which in my opinion is far from true except the damages that need repaired she shouted at me and laughed in my face all while I was ill and home alone with my daughter and due to this I was left in tears (pregnancy hormones) I for one can't wait to get out of here and I would advise everyone to steer clear!!!
